The health issues and risks associated to not eating Dim Sum. We have long known the healing effects of these amazing steamed dumplings. But, recently, scientists across the country have been studying the effects of Dim sum compared to driving while impaired, and the results are shocking.
If you eat Dim Sum you are much less likely to get killed on the road compared to other activities, especially driving while impaired. For one reason, you will be sitting in a restaurant rather than charging down the freeway, while inebriated behind the wheel of a vehicle, and two you will be enjoying a tasty treat such as a Ha Gow or a succulent Siu Mai.
Every day accidents like this happen on the road, because people fail to stop and realize that they could be doing something safer and more enjoyable, such as sucking on a delicious steamed chicken foot. "It all happened so fast," said Ed, from Ct, "I was driving along after consuming a bottle of scotch, and this tree just jumped out in front of my car. I never even thought about the risks to my health." Unfortunately for Ed, it was too late for a basket of delicious steamed dumplings to save him or his car.

Scientists tested out this latest health issue over one month, in combination with the previous one. One group of people were sent to enjoy Dim Sum in a restaurant, while another group smoked a dozen packs of cigarettes per day. Yet a third group had to smoke a dozen packs of cigarettes per day and drink four pints of vodka per day while driving on the freeway.
