Our siu mai, who art in steamer, hallowed be thy yumminess...
These tasty treats go well with Ha Gow. There are several varieties, mostly involving pork and shrimp. All require long prayerful contemplation and study. If you run out, be sure to order more.

Thanks for your time.

ALL religion is nothing less and nothing more than a cleverly evolved manipulation tool to control the less intelligent. The best way to expose this monumentally long standing fraud is not suppression of religion but to expose it for the confidence trick that it all is and the best way to start the education process is to poke fun at some of the sillier aspects of faith.
Well done! Keep up the good work (albeit cautiously as you probably don't really want some Dim Sum zealot taking a shot at you!)
But it doesn't work out. Life is beyond complicated, and I don't know what to make of it. I don't know if I could ever eat Siu Mai ever again. I have come to some harsh conclusions and faced some harsh realities. I hardly think that I could ever be on the same tangent as any other Beliver anymore, except maybe a liberal one, but a part of me wants back what I have lost, the yummy Ha Gow and the tender Cherng Fun. I know what your all going to say, you all have the same answers, such as try some with less chili sauce. Just understand that I see things a little differently now, but I am always willing to change and see things from another point of view.
I guess the first step is finding a good restaurant, they all follow a similar formula I just don't like and I end up leaving. I can't even pinpoint what it is that lets me know that a certain restaurant isn't going to work, but I know it when I feel it. I guess as long as I listen, and as long as I keep an open heart, something good will find its way in. But I know I will never be the same person I was, but it is a good thing in a way...
I grieved with some of the troubles you went through.
You have been, I know, in the prayers of long-term believers. We often eat a Siu Mai and think of you.
And, as I say, it's great to hear from you.
